The poem
My poem,my world
THE FOX
Did we live lightly then?
Twice we've seen the fox,
the flash of red
that leaps
the weed and brush,and
after-image grey,
then blank,then gone
delight cannot be sought
or pleasure thought
or joy re-caught
but twice we saw the fox,not once,
and knew his fear of us
Step in time,love,step in time,
live inside the morning
twice we saw the fox,not once,
and knew his fear of us

Book title: Isabel of the Whales , by Hester VelmansReviewed by: Deanna Lim Eleven-years-old Isabel is a 'plain old' girl living in Provincetown, Massachusetts, who believes she is destined to accomplish something special. When her fifth-grade class goes on a whale-watching trip, something amazing happens: dozens of species of whales surround the boat, bumping the deck and sending Isabel flying into the ocean. Isabel is shocked to hear the whales speaking to her: she is a mermaid, they tell her, a Chosen One who has the ability to turn from a human into a whales and back again. She is destined to live among the whales long enough to learn their ways and teach them about the human world. Living among her pod is fun at first, but as Isabel gets attached to her undersea family-and one young male in particular-being caught between two worlds becomes much more complicated than she could have imagined. Profile
this is me.
DD/BANANA aka DEANNA LIM
I'm that crazy girl named BANANA.
Abandoned in a stinky vegetable box on the doorstep of my foster mom and dad.
The unholy day us on 010697.
Be sure to give me present on that day or not I'll eat up your head.
I used to study at EGPS but I had moved to Beatty Secondary School.
I started out as : 1 Joy ; 2 Patience ; 3 Truth ; 4 Charity ; 5 Charity ; 6 Charity.
FYI , I got a pathetic 217 for my PSLE.
My secondary class is 1E4 and I'm proud of it.
I have a wired personality : talking to myself and is fond of copying others but I don't do that now cause I'm grown up.
P.S,I simply love EGPS so much that I cannot bear to let it go from my grasp.
